1. Bespoke Creative & Software Services
aB Labs delivers tailor-made UI/UX designs, frontend architecture, and bespoke software systems. Because our work involves reserving dedicated engineering and design resources for your project, payments compensate professional time, strategy, and intellectual property development.
2. Growth Partner Plan (Monthly Subscription)
- Setup Fee ($50 AUD): The initial setup fee covers DNS provisioning, repo setup, and pipeline configuration. It is 100% refundable if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase before configuration begins.
- Monthly Retainer ($150 AUD/mo): Recurring monthly fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date with zero cancellation fees. Once a monthly cycle has begun, the current month's retainer is non-refundable as server resources and maintenance cycles are committed.
3. Complete Build ($500 AUD One-Off)
- Initiation Deposit (50%): Covers custom UI design and architectural staging. If you request cancellation before design wireframes are delivered, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Once wireframes are delivered and approved, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Final Launch Payment (50%): Due upon final quality assurance review and production sign-off before custom domain switch. Once final deliverables are approved and handed over, final payments are non-refundable.
4. Lite Showcase ($0 Free Plan)
The Lite Showcase tier is 100% free with zero financial obligation, zero credit card requirement, and zero hidden cancellation costs.
5. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on 100% client satisfaction. Every paid project includes structured revision iterations during the design and development phases. If any deliverable does not match the specifications outlined in your proposal, we will iterate and refine the deliverable at no additional charge until it complies with the agreed scope.
6. Refund Requests & Billing Inquiries
To request a refund, modify a subscription, or discuss a billing matter, please email our accounts desk at billing@ab-labs.com including your project quote reference number (e.g. ABL-PKG-XXXXXX) or invoice number. We review and process all eligible refund requests within 3–5 business days.
